Rexcel Coatings Corporation formerly know as Chemrex Specialty Coatings is a privately held multimillion dollar industrial coatings manufacturer located in El Paso, Texas. It was founded by Rex and Mary Smith in August 1969, and incorporated in July 1970. The history of Rexcel is colored by its marketing successes in the United States, Mexico, China, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and other countries around the world.
